Westbury Gingerbread Cottages

The Bungalow is a lovely, 3-bedroom, 1920's house. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and a bedroom with 2 single-sized beds. The front sunroom, can be used as an extra bedroom, has a 5 ft fish tank and a day bed with a full-sized single foam mattress. There is a large kitchen/dining room with a gas stove top and electric oven. The lounge is equipped with a remote controlled, gas log fireplace. Reverse cycle heat pumps service the main bedroom and kitchen/dining room.

There is a bathroom, 2 toilets, laundry and a balcony overlooking large gardens. Covered, off-street parking for 2 cars and additional off-street parking for up to another 3 cars is available.

There are several chickens in the fully-fenced back yard and guests are invited to help themselves to fresh eggs. Feeding is in the afternoon and guests can help.

There are 3 vegetable plots in the backyard along with apple, plum, peach, nectarine, pear and cherry trees and guests are invited to help themselves to seasonal produce fresh from the tree/garden. A selection of teas, coffees and home made baked good are included on your arrival.

The rear yard is fully fenced and outdoor, well behaved dogs are allowed, on request, prior to arrival.

Facilities include digital TV, DVD player, radio/CD, free WiFi, complimentary DVD library, courtyard BBQ. A cot and a roll-away bed is available, if required for no additional charge.

This cottage features a kitchen with a small refrigerator. The living area contains a comfortable sofa, a TV and a DVD player.
